Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Brighton, UK.

Orders are shipped within 2-5 working days (Monday- Friday) from the date of purchase.

Custom made orders will vary so please check the listing description.

Please allow 1-2 working days for UK first class orders, 2-3 working days for 2nd class UK orders and 1 working day for special delivery orders (placed before 12 noon GMT)

These estimated times may vary due to the ongoing issue with Royal Mail & Covid-19.

Please allow more time for international orders (you can see these times frames in the FAQ)

Estimates for the Europe at 3-5 working dates and USA 1-2 weeks

All standard delivery charges are not tracked. If you choose tracked delivery the tracking number will be provided when the order has been fulfilled.
